How we did it

Utilizing our experience with creating and executing events for luxury brands, we transferred the same level of attention to detail for HSBC’s corporate networking dinner event. Imagindustries’ broad experience was called upon to intelligently propose and coordinate wines for each course and consult on the best menu to enhance the pairing experience. Use of soft red hue mood lighting with black tables, chairs and contrasted with white accents giving the feeling of being in any international best designed theme restaurant.

Results

Successful interactive Q&A with 3 Michelin star restaurant sommelier was appreciated by knowledgeable guests. Enjoyment of event was apparent with maximum participation of VIPS through to the event closing.

Challenges

The largest local inter department family staff motivation event within the year. Putting the best or bravest sports men and woman against each other in an athletics sports day held at a HK stadium. We were asked to conceive, design and execute an event that would simultaneouslty entertain and captivated diverse ages of guests throughout the sports day, whilst coordinating a smooth and timely transition between athletic competitions, activities and entertainment. making use of inside and around the large stadium.

How we did it

Excitement and interaction was focused on in experience what we had defined into 3 zones; competitor, spectator and then games, activities and refreshments zones. Strong application of event rundown to the last second allowed to maximise the experience for all attendees. Midway lunch and show, music and MC interaction made the spectators part of the full experience. Giving the competitors time to regroup for finals. Kids and adults alike found the day full of fun, play, prize giving and unexpected joy.

Results

Up to 4000 staff, their families and friends participated, further increasing the number attended from the previous year. Enjoyment of every activity that was put on in a streamlined and harmonious layout ensured that all participants, spectators and guests went away with a memorable long lasting experience.

Challenges

Transforming a functional corporate dinning area into a fun and entertaining venue relevant for children ranging from toddler 12 years old. Creating a place the parents would want to bring their loved little ones during a non working day knowing their company had their interests at heart.

How we did it

Our team developed a theme with original activities that made the best use and flow of the space. Combining interactive entertainment such as singers/magicians/comedians et al, engaging fun handicraft educational activities and numerous games with absolute safety in mind at every station with well rehearsed staff provided parents peace of mind and the kids the best fun that could be had under one roof.

Results

Having been selected for the 3rd consecutive year for this event we ensured that what was delivered felt fresh and evolved in concept on the previous years thematically and experientially. HSBC staff and their families had thoroughly enjoyable time, a great way to start their weekend.

Our Client

BMW is a German luxury vehicle manufacturer for 100 years, now owning MINI as well as Rolls Royce Motors, and globally one of the best-selling luxury automakers.

Challenges

BMW needed a partner to create and facilitate a fun, engaging 2-day workshop event to softly educate and increase awareness for car owners on benefits of official BMW/Mini car care and performance enhancement upgrades. The program would have to be designed, made accessible and sensitive for all ages, whilst being on message.

How we did it

A brand activation setting with workshop was held at the BMW showroom where guests were encouraged to gain a hands on experience with procedures and the value in car painting and factory approved enhancements at BMW service centres. Wooden car model making activities aimed to mimic retrofitting of cars clients, whilst emphasis on BMW paint shop quality assurance ensured clients were aware of the pure benefit of maintaining their car at BMW service centres. Zones around the showroom were created, catering to both children and adults where activities could both be experienced together building brand equity. Between activities guest and their group enjoyed light refreshments.

Results

The workshop was fully booked for both days, it was made clear to our team and BMW that car owners came too understand the importance of using Official BMW/MINI service and products, also appreciated were the steps and skill sets required for car painting and repair. An immediate boost in bookings were noted for vehicle service, maintenance and enhancement kit selling.

With so many alternative activities the event would have to compete with these and achieve the status as the go to party of the tournament, leaving a lasting impression.

How we did it

Utilizing our experience with creating and executing events for luxury brands, we transferred the same level of attention to detail for this corporate networking party event. Lighting and sensitive programming, flow created by setup and its impact on the space, professionally equalized sound and not just bellowing music, run down that enhances the guest experience and putting together entertainment that remains entertaining. Analyzing, listening and feeling the brief gave us the vision and passion to execute a memorable, tasteful yet dynamic event which remains the talked about party between attendees.
